XMED+ au­to­ma­ti­cal­ly ge­ne­ra­tes documents (pri­va­cy/in­for­med con­sents, pre­scrip­tions, di­schar­ge sum­ma­ries, etc.) cu­sto­mi­sed for the Patients. Ge­ne­ra­tion starts from pre­loa­ded tem­pla­tes and needs ju­st a few se­conds of waiting. 

XMED+ al­lows you to si­gn in­for­med con­sents and o­ther do­cu­ments di­gi­tal­ly. The le­gal va­lue of the si­gned do­cu­ments is gua­ran­teed by the re­cor­ding of bio­me­tric da­ta and the use of of­fi­cial cer­ti­fi­ca­tes is­sued by re­le­vant Authorities.

XMED+ provides a series of advanced search and statistics generation functions that allow extracting specific groups of patients (i.e. for marketing purposes) and analysing the Medical Practice's activity trends.

XMED+ ge­ne­ra­tes XML invoices, rea­dy to be u­ploa­ded by any ac­coun­ting soft­wa­re. The soft­wa­re au­to­ma­ti­cal­ly sends the in­voi­ces to I­ta­lian SDI and STS sy­stems when needed.

XMED+ invoicing is supported by an ICD international system-based functionality, the classification used worldwide by the majority of National and Local Health Systems.

XMED+ handles the automatic generation of the medical declaration required by Italian law 191/23 to justify the therapeutic purpose of VAT-exempt invoices.

All WhatsApp fea­tu­res are a­vai­la­ble di­rec­tly in­si­de XMED+. Chats are sto­red in the pa­tients' me­di­cal re­cords to gi­ve them le­gal va­lue; un­li­mi­ted mar­ke­ting cam­pai­gns wi­thout ad­di­tio­nal costs. 

Pa­tients can ac­cess from re­mo­te a pri­va­te area whe­re they up­da­te their con­tact de­tails and the a­nam­ne­stic que­stion­nai­re and whe­re they can see their ap­poin­tments and the do­cu­ments ma­de a­vai­la­ble by the Doctors.

The tool is in­te­gra­ted in­to the Prac­ti­ce's websi­te, al­lo­wing vi­si­tors to book ap­poin­tments autonomously. Ru­les are set by the Prac­ti­ce's U­sers; slots a­vai­la­bi­li­ty is ve­ri­fied in real-time.
